Contractor Stays serviced accommodation provides contractors with a luxury apartment at excellent prices. This extremely flexible accommodation service offers complete properties for contractors to stay in, that are frequently cleaned, serviced, and maintained, allowing your team a far more comfortable, content, and personal experience whilst working for longer periods away from home.
Each accommodation is spacious and provides flexibility in the bedroom spaces to accommodate twin or double rooms and triple rooms, without compromising your team’s space, resulting in a more tailored fit to match you and your budget. Each property has multiple bathrooms and full kitchens with all modern appliances as well as crockery and cutlery.

How much notice do you need to book accommodation?
Contractor Stays can find you suitable accommodation with as little as 12 hours’ notice. If your inquiry is urgent, please contact us by telephone on 07365 195151 and we will be happy to assist.
Where is your accommodation located?
We have professional accommodation throughout the UK and work with partners to provide accommodation in or nearby to all major towns and cities.
How many Contractors can you accommodate?
Our accommodation solutions are highly flexible. We can accommodate a team of 2, or a team of 30. Call us to discuss your requirements.
Do all apartments have Wi-Fi?
Yes, of course! All our apartments have serviced Wi-Fi at no extra cost.
Are there cooking facilities in the accommodation?
Yes, all of our accommodations come with a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, full size fridge freezer, microwave, and kettle. Crockery such as plates, bowls, and mugs, as well as cutlery, are also included. For more information on exactly what each accommodation includes, please contact us.
Do the apartments have laundry facilities?
Yes, all apartments have a washer dryer and iron/ironing board facilities.
What about the accommodation bills?
All utilities including gas, electricity, and water are included, in addition to there being no cap on gas, electricity, water, TV, or internet usage. We try to make you and your team as comfortable as possible.
How long is the accommodation available for?
We can accommodate your stay for a time period ranging from one night to 24 months, depending on your requirements. If you wish to stay for a lengthy period, simply contact us and we can work it out.
Does the accommodation offer parking?
Each apartment has one parking space. Should you require additional spaces, this can be arranged and we will notify you upon booking what the additional charge for this will be.
Are there any additional costs that we should be aware of?
You will not be required to pay any additional expenses with us, unless you request an additional service such as another parking space, however, this will be organised beforehand. Overall, the price you pay after booking is inclusive of all of our facilities and cleaning services that we provide.
Do you provide cleaning services?
We provide cleaning services as well as bedding laundry services. The frequency of this depends on your requirements but is most often requested once per week. The accommodation will be fully cleaned and linen & towels changed. This can be done on a day to suit yourselves.
